Chilli Bhut jolokia – Green

Green Bhut Jolokia (Green Ghost Pepper) offers the legendary, searing heat of one of the world’s hottest chillies, harvested at the fresh green stage for a sharp, grassy bite. Not for the faint-hearted, these wrinkled pods are perfect for extra-hot sauces, pickles and daring dishes (handle with care!). The vigorous, bushy plants are prolific over a long season. Sow in full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, be patient with germination, and harvest fiery pods in about 90–120 days. A must-grow for serious chilli-heads and collectors.
