Bullet Chilli is a popular variety producing short, plump, bullet-shaped pods packed with a sharp, fiery heat and rich flavour. Excellent fresh or dried, they’re perfect for pickles, chutneys, curries and homemade chilli powder. The sturdy, bushy plants are prolific and adapt well to warm climates, cropping over a long season. Sow in full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, water moderately, and harvest in about 70–80 days.
