Mini Bajji Chilli produces compact, thick-walled, mildly-spicy chillies that are just the right size for crispy bajji, stuffing and frying. With low heat and a fresh, sweet flavour, they’re loved for snacks, curries and roasting. The bushy, productive plants crop generously and grow well in pots and grow bags. Sow in full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, water moderately, and harvest plump little chillies in about 65–75 days. Easy to grow and prolific, mini bajji chilli is a tasty, family-friendly favourite for home and terrace gardens.
