White Bird’s Eye Chilli is a fiery kanthari variety whose small pods ripen through a creamy-white stage before turning red, delivering intense, aromatic heat. Highly prized in Kerala kitchens and traditional remedies, these tiny chillies are perfect for pickles, chutneys, curries and spicy cooking. The compact, bushy plants are prolific and crop over a long season. Sow in full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, water moderately, and harvest in about 75–85 days. Easy to grow in pots, grow bags or garden beds — a hot little favourite for spice lovers.
