Long White Brinjal produces slender, glossy, ivory-white fruits with a delicate, creamy flesh and mild, less-bitter flavour. Tender and quick-cooking, they’re wonderful grilled, roasted, stuffed or in curries. This attractive, high-yielding variety crops well over a long season in warm climates. Sow in seedling trays, transplant into full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, provide light support, and harvest young fruits in about 70–80 days. Easy to grow in garden beds, grow bags or pots, long white brinjal is a lovely, productive addition to any home vegetable garden.
