Chilli bird eye – Stone chilli

Stone Chilli (Bird’s Eye) is a fiery little kanthari-type variety producing small, firm, hard pods with an intense, long-lasting heat and rich aroma. Prized in Kerala kitchens and traditional remedies, these tough little chillies are perfect for pickles, chutneys, curries and homemade powders. The compact, bushy plants are prolific and crop over a long season. Sow in full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, water moderately, and harvest in about 75–85 days. Easy to grow in pots, grow bags or garden beds — a seriously hot little chilli for spice lovers.
