Prized in Kerala kitchens and traditional remedies, these tough little chillies are perfect for pickles, chutneys, curries and homemade powders. The compact, bushy plants are prolific and crop over a long season. Sow in full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, water moderately, and harvest in about 75–85 days. Easy to grow in pots, grow bags or garden beds — a strikingly dark, seriously hot chilli for spice lovers.
