Chilli bird eye (Milk bird eye chilli)

Milk Bird’s Eye Chilli is a lovely kanthari variety whose small pods pass through a creamy, milk-white stage before ripening red, delivering intense, aromatic heat. Prized in Kerala kitchens and traditional remedies, these tiny chillies are perfect for pickles, chutneys, curries and spicy cooking. The compact, bushy plants are prolific and crop over a long season. Sow in full sun in fertile, well-draining soil, water moderately, and harvest in about 75–85 days. Easy to grow in pots, grow bags or garden beds — a hot, pretty little chilli for spice lovers.
